Munster Technological University (MTU) is a public university that was established in January 2021 by merging the Cork Institute of Technology and the Tralee Institute of Technology. MTU is Ireland’s newest technological university and the first one in Munster, southwest of Ireland. MTU has six campuses across Cork and Kerry counties, serving over 18,000 students and 2,000 staff.
